Stuffed Chicken Marsala

Olive Garden has posted some of their recipes on their site! What a great thing to do, and I doubt it makes any difference in who comes to their restaurant, because even being relatively good at cooking, it’s very doubtful I can recreate exactly how their recipes taste. My parents (fellow foodie mom) came over to visit a bit ago and my mom and I decided to undertake the Stuffed Chicken Marsala. Not incredibly hard to make- it does take a little bit of prep time to cut everything up and dip, then brown the chicken, and stuff it. In the end, it smelled amazing. It actually uses pretty much an entire bottle of wine- so you know that it can’t really go wrong. Even better- the leftovers are just as good. Can’t say that I thought it was much better than regular chicken marsala, just takes more time.
